    I ordered this for PRS competition. I'm new to the sport and don't run a arca rail yet. The pig saddle is extremely secure and lock the rifle in place. I recommend this for any one that doesn't have a arca rail but needs a rest on their tripod

    Awesome all around product. Well built. The grips are durable and not cheaply glued on. The construction is heavy, but extremely durable (I’ve got butterfingers and already dropped it a bunch) the torsion knob is solid and has great capture. This mounted direct to a tripod even without a ball head works flawlessly. It’s super sturdy. A lot of these other company’s use a ball head as their “flagship” the ball head is great but ballheads also wear out and lose their strength over time. This as a direct mounting option straight to the pig0311g tripod is awesome. You can use a ball head too but it’s honestly not even needed. All the hog saddle products are amazing, I will definitely keep using and recommending for anyone.

    Very well made and used it not only to grip a rifle so far but spotting scopes and other visual aids. Very handy.

    Pretty nice! Grip on stock is secure. I only wish jaws would open up a bit wider to accept my benchrest rifle 3" wide forearm. Other rifles are great fit.
